    10 TIPS TO MARKET YOUR PROPERTY LIKE A PROFESSIONAL

1.   CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING - Placing ads in the classified sections of  local                         
      newspapers, both in print and online (if available) is a terrific way to let buyers know         
      that your property is for sale. Start with the location, list the number of bedrooms &            
      bathrooms, add details about the property by using colorful words and phrases.
Don't
   forget the to always include the price, your contact information and the dates/times      
   of any scheduled open houses.

SCHEDULE AN OPEN HOUSE - This is a GREAT way to bring buyer's through your               
      property. You should plan on a few hours on a Saturday or Sunday, maybe even a             
      weekday evening where you will be available to give prospective buyer's a tour of your      
      property without an appointment.
Don't forget FIRST IMPRESSIONS are very important!

  bulletin boards, give them to anyone and everyone.
